On the other hand, in the case of brand services, it can be said that up to 1 week can pass between the start of work and the actual repair. These services usually work on a limited basis due to warranty repairs, which is only made worse by the summer vacation period. Of course, these cannot happen with us, because we usually go out on the day of hiring. If the electronics of the dishwasher break down, we will try to repair the panel, because the replacement of a new panel can be several times the price of the repair.
Guarantee
Other dishwasher services usually provide the legal minimum, i.e. only 6 months warranty. We provide double this, i.e. a 1-year full warranty for our customers for the work performed and for the parts purchased and installed by us. After each repair, we issue a warranty card that proves the 1-year warranty.

We will not ship your dishwasher for repair. The simplest possible solution is to take the ordered part to the device in your home. With this, we can save a lot of time and costs, thus ensuring our permanently customer-friendly prices! You don't have to worry about cleanliness either, because after the repair, we leave behind the same clean environment that welcomed us before the repair. Unfortunately, there are also examples where the warranty repair of the new dishwasher requires the delivery to the service center and the costs are not reimbursed to the customers.

Our pricing is moderate , which is why we we have many customers. Requirements for repairing the dishwasher:
You do not have to dismantle the dishwasher or remove the pipes connected to the appliance. The most important aspect in such situations is to see the condition when the device produced the abnormal operation. In order to test the device , it is necessary that the drain and the water pipe and the electric cable are connected , because this is the only way we can test and remedy the error.
How long does an on-site dishwasher repair take:
Dishwasher servicing begins with the diagnosis of the fault on site, which usually takes a maximum of 30 minutes. Dishwasher repair, if the part is available, usually takes another 30-60 minutes. If not, and it can be purchased immediately, we will pick it up the same day. In the event of an order, a new appointment must be made.
What can't we help with?
- If the reason for the failure of the dishwasher was that the device received an overvoltage through the electrical network, then we do not deal with the issuance of an authentic record that can be accounted for to the insurance company.
- If you don't need the repair, you just want to buy a part, we can't help you with that. (Of course, if we install it, we will purchase the necessary parts.)
- If you want to install the dishwasher.
- If the dishwasher's feet are broken or damaged, we can't help you either.
- If you only want to replace the door tensioner, outlet or inlet pipe, door insulation.
- If you are looking for a mechanic to repair an industrial or commercial dishwasher.
- If it is a dishwasher of the Miele brand or the Trió type from the Candy brand.

Fixed fees and Payment methods:
- In Budapest, we work at a fixed fee of HUF 18,000 which already includes general sales tax. This one-time amount includes disembarkation, parking, condition assessment and the repair of the dishwasher. The part required for the repair is, of course, payable in addition.
- In addition to paying in cash, it is possible to settle the cost of the repair by immediate transfer. It is not possible to pay by bank card.
- If the place of payment is different from the place of repair, and therefore another departure is necessary, then we will charge an additional HUF 10,000.
