Our Service Area:
In Budapest: Although our service covers many districts of the capital, unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide services in the following districts: 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd. Our services are available within an area of 254 km².This restriction is necessary to ensure that all our customers receive the highest quality service. The increase in the number of our customers cannot come at the expense of service quality, so we are forced to limit our coverage in certain areas. This way, we can remain true to our high standards and maintain the usual level of professionalism.
In Pest County: We are currently not available in Pest County.
How long does an on-site dishwasher repair take:
Dishwasher servicing begins with the diagnosis of the fault on site, which usually takes a maximum of 30 minutes. Dishwasher repair, if the part is available, usually takes another 30-60 minutes. If not, and it can be purchased immediately, we will pick it up the same day. In the event of an order, a new appointment must be made.
What can't we help with?
- If the reason for the failure of the dishwasher was that the device received an overvoltage through the electrical network, then we do not deal with the issuance of an authentic record that can be accounted for to the insurance company.
- If you don't need the repair, you just want to buy a part, we can't help you with that. (Of course, if we install it, we will purchase the necessary parts.)
- If you want to install the dishwasher.
- If the dishwasher's feet are broken or damaged, we can't help you either.
- If you only want to replace the door tensioner, outlet or inlet pipe, door insulation.
- If you are looking for a mechanic to repair an industrial or commercial dishwasher.
- If it is a dishwasher of the Miele brand or the Trió type from the Candy brand.
- If you want dishwasher installation or delivery.
Fixed fees and Payment methods:
- In Budapest, we work at a fixed fee of HUF 18,000 which already includes general sales tax. This one-time amount includes disembarkation, parking, condition assessment and the repair of the dishwasher. The part required for the repair is, of course, payable in addition.
- In addition to paying in cash, it is possible to settle the cost of the repair by immediate transfer. It is not possible to pay by bank card.
- If the place of payment is different from the place of repair, and therefore another departure is necessary, then we will charge an additional HUF 10,000.
